Draft, not yet in force. Still to be filled in: the operator's legal name, its address, a contact email, the governing law, the hosting providers.
The terms for using Fama: what it does and does not do, what you are responsible for, plans, and how either side can end the arrangement.
The agreement
These terms are between you and [the operator's legal name], which runs Fama. By creating an account you accept them. If you use Fama for a business, you accept them for that business and confirm you are allowed to.
What Fama does, and does not do
Fama reads the Meta ad accounts you connect, answers questions about them, and makes four kinds of change to them: pausing, switching back on, setting a daily budget, and copying an ad set (always paused). It makes a change only when asked: by you, in the chat or on a screen; by an AI tool you connected with a key that may act; or by an autopilot rule you switched to live. Every change is checked against the limits you set: over a limit it waits for your confirmation, past your daily cap it is refused. It does not create ads or campaigns, or edit creative, targeting or landing pages.
Every account opens on a sample ad account with data from a fictional brand. Changes there change only that sample data.
Answers, changes and your limits
Answers are written by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date by the time you read them. Verdicts such as “stop” or “winner” are calculations on your own account’s numbers, with the figures behind each one shown; they are a starting point for your judgement, not a guarantee.
When you, your AI tool or your autopilot rule asks Fama to make a change, you instruct Fama to send that change to Meta for you, and the change is yours. You choose the limits, whether Fama may act at once inside them, and which rules run live; you can stop every change with read-only mode. The limits lower risk; they do not remove it. Fama does not promise any result from your advertising, including spend, reach, conversions or cost per result.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate details.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Connect only ad accounts you are allowed to manage. Meta’s terms and advertising policies apply to your ads and your use of its platform.
- You can disconnect an ad account, or delete your account, at any time in Settings.
Fair use
Do not use Fama to:
- run ads that are unlawful or that break Meta’s advertising policies;
- reach ad accounts or data you are not allowed to;
- overload, probe or get around the service’s limits or security;
- resell or share access to Fama without our written agreement.
Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing table. Paid plans are not on sale yet; joining a waitlist commits you to nothing. Before any plan can be paid for, its price, what it includes and how billing and cancellation work will be shown, and you will have to accept them.
Your data
Your ad data, your questions, your rules and the changes you make stay yours. You let us process them only to run Fama for you, as the privacy notice describes. Fama itself, its software and its name, belong to [the operator's legal name].
Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove features. We work to keep Fama running, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and Meta or Anthropic can change or limit the services Fama depends on. When these terms change, the date at the top changes.
Ending
You can stop using Fama and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service, other users or Meta’s platform at risk, and will say why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Fama is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or advertising spend that results from changes you, your AI tools or your autopilot rules asked for, or that you made yourself. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that the law where you live does not allow to be limited.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of [the governing law]. Questions and notices go to [a contact email].
