You can delete what Fama holds about you and your Meta ad accounts at any time, in the app, from Facebook, or by asking us.
Delete it yourself, at once
- One ad account: sign in, open Settings, then Ad accounts, and choose Disconnect. Its access token, conversations, changes, autopilot rules and AI tool keys are deleted.
- Everything: open Settings, then Your account, and delete the account. Everything Fama holds about you goes with it.
Delete it from Facebook
In Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), and remove Fama. Meta tells us, and every ad account connection you made by signing in with Facebook is deleted straight away, with its token, conversations, changes, rules and keys. A request to delete your data made to Meta works the same way and gives you a code to check here.
